How long does a personalised order take?
Most personalised pieces are made and dispatched within 48 hours of your order, then sent Royal Mail tracked. Please allow up to five working days for delivery. Larger business orders get a date with their quote.
How much is UK delivery?
UK delivery starts at £2.85 and is free on orders over £35. You can also collect your order free of charge from our shop on Castle Street in Trowbridge.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes. Choose collection at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready. The shop is open Wednesday and Thursday 12:00 to 16:00, and Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 15:00.
Will I see my design before it is made?
For business and custom orders we send a digital proof, and nothing is made until you approve it. Shop items are engraved exactly as you type them, so please check names, dates and spelling before you order.
Can personalised items be returned?
Personalised items are made for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If something is not right, contact us and we will sort it out.
Do you make branded products for businesses?
Yes. We make engraved pens, coasters, keyrings, card wallets, awards and window signage with your logo from 10 pieces. Orders of 25 or more get 10% off and orders of 50 or more get 15% off. Request a quote and we will reply within 48 hours.
Can you make something that is not in the shop?
Yes. Send us a photo, a sketch or a short description through our quote form, on WhatsApp on 01225 535125, or bring it into the shop. We make single pieces as well as small runs.
Where are you based?
Our studio and shop are at 22 Castle Street, Trowbridge, Wiltshire BA14 8AS. We work with customers across Wiltshire, Somerset and Bath, and deliver throughout the UK.
