About this product

The main line can carry the couple’s names, your photography business name or a short quote, with a date or short text below it. Photographers can use it to deliver printed images, and it also works as a wedding gift.

The square boxes hold 6 × 4″ (18 cm) or 7 × 5″ (22 cm) prints and have a separate space for a USB drive. The photo box holds 7 × 5″ prints. Photographs and USB drives are not included.

Delivery and collection

We deliver across the UK. Orders are made and dispatched within two working days. We send every order by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can track it to your door. Delivery is free on orders over £50 and costs from £3.00 otherwise.

You can also collect free of charge from our studio at 22 Castle Street, Trowbridge, on Wednesday and Thursday 12:00 to 16:00, and Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 15:00.

Returns on personalised items

Personalised pieces are made to your exact wording, so we cannot take them back if you change your mind or if the text entered had a mistake in it.

If something is not right because of us, we will remake it or refund you in full.

Returns and refunds

Tips for great personalisation

Text is engraved exactly as entered, including capitals, spaces and punctuation. Shorter wording usually gives the cleanest result.

If you are sending a photo or logo, a large, sharp file gives the best finish. If we have any doubts, we will contact you before we start.
