How it works
Every personalised order is designed, engraved and checked in our own studio on Castle Street in Trowbridge.
Pick your options and type the names, dates or message you would like on it.
We lay out your wording and engrave it in our studio, usually within two working days.
Every piece is checked by hand and packed with care, ready to give.
Sent across the UK, or collect it free from our studio at 22 Castle Street.
Looking for something more bespoke, a logo or a larger order? Tell us your idea or see gifts for businesses.
Ten sam projekt sprawdzi się na pierwsze urodziny, osiemnastkę lub dowolny inny jubileusz, bo wiek podajesz samodzielnie.
We deliver across the UK. Orders are made and dispatched within two working days. We send every order by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can track it to your door. Delivery is free on orders over £50 and costs from £3.00 otherwise.
You can also collect free of charge from our studio at 22 Castle Street, Trowbridge, on Wednesday and Thursday 12:00 to 16:00, and Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 15:00.
Personalised pieces are made to your exact wording, so we cannot take them back if you change your mind or if the text entered had a mistake in it.
If something is not right because of us, we will remake it or refund you in full.
Text is engraved exactly as entered, including capitals, spaces and punctuation. Shorter wording usually gives the cleanest result.
If you are sending a photo or logo, a large, sharp file gives the best finish. If we have any doubts, we will contact you before we start.
We are happy to help. Message us on WhatsApp or call 01225 535125, or email hello@willdostudio.co.uk.
