Payment & Shipping Times
Most orders are shipped from Mainland UK on Monday and Wednesday. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase.
UK Standard Delivery is £2.00 Your order will be delivered via 1st class Royal Mail. Deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days after you place your order e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods should be delivered by the following Monday. Order tracking is available with your tracking Number which is emailed to you.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a bank holiday or Sundays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.
Any returns should be sent to the following address. Please include a note with your order number, name and address etc with your returned items.

Order Confirmations

Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost/undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.
